Shipping

All shipping is via Royal Mail. Shipping rates include postage and packaging.

Domestic Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked service for all UK orders. The price is £4.00

We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible after we receive it. This usually means the same day, or the following day (except Sundays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked* for orders up to 2kg in weight. If you are ordering goods that total more than 2kg in weight you will need to place two or more separate orders.

All international parcels are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). This means that as the buyer you are responsible for any taxes, duties and import fees that are incurred upon arrival at the destination country.

International shipping charges are calculated by weight and are as follows:

Europe

Up to 250g -£9.10

Up to 500g - £10.70

Up to 750g - £11.55

Up to 1kg - £12.25

Up to 1.25kg - £13.00

Up to 1.5kg - £13.80

Up to 2kg - £14.50

Rest of the World

Up to 250g - £11.70

Up to 500g - £15.90

Up to 750g - £18.65

Up to 1kg - £21.60

Up to 1.25kg - £25.00

Up to 1.5kg - £26.90

Up to 2kg - £28.60

If your delivery country does not appear in the drop down box when you go to place an order, please contact us for a delivery quote.

*International Tracked is not available in some countries, (including Australia and Norway). Where this is the case we will use Royal Mail International Signed.

Refund Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from receiving your order. You can return your purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately discounted or sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

  • Downloaded items, printed patterns and magazines cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
